Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Account Officer to assist in our financial and accounting operations. This role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting inventory and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions align with bank records.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements).
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt collection of payments from customers.
  • Perform other administrative task in relation to the job scope.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount).
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Hands-on accounting experience in retail-related industries.
  • Fluent in all Malay, English, Mandarin

Job Type: 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
