Purpose of the Role:

  • The Patient Navigator serves as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in patient support or assistance programs. The role ensures a smooth patient journey by coordinating access to therapy, facilitating communication among patients, healthcare providers (HCPs), and support teams, and addressing barriers to treatment adherence and affordability

What You'll Do :

  • Patient Onboarding & Education

-Guide patients through the enrollment process for patient support or affordability programs.

-Explain program benefits, required documentation, and next steps clearly and empathetically.

  • Compliance & Reporting

-Ensure all interactions comply with data privacy, pharmacovigilance, and healthcare regulations.

-Report any adverse events (AEs) or product quality complaints (PQCs) within required timelines.

-Contribute to monthly reports and metrics on program performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality.

  • Coordination & Case Management

-Liaise with healthcare providers, pharmacies to track and follow up on patient cases

-Hand over patient case to internal team for continuous program management

-Liaising with client sales/ relevant team to coordinate the transition

  • Compliance & Confidentiality

-Ensure all patient interactions and data handling comply with relevant privacy regulations.

-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

  • Reporting

-Prepare regular update based on reporting template to keep both internal and external stakeholders are updated

Must-Have:

  • Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or any health science related field

Advantage to Have:

  • Good in time management and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, quick to learn new concepts and work independently
