- Help strengthen internal controls based on audit recommendations.
IPO Preparation Support
- Assist in collecting, organising, and preparing financial and administrative documents required for IPO processes.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders involved in IPO readiness.
- Support the implementation of compliance, documentation, and reporting standards needed for listing.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of financial data submitted for IPO review.
