Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Kuantan and nearby areas.
- Act as the primary contact for all account-related matters.
- Identify clients' needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare account reports, conduct client visits, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Purchasing Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost efficiency and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.

- Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping for audit readiness.
- Help strengthen internal controls based on audit recommendations.
IPO Preparation Support
- Assist in collecting, organising, and preparing financial and administrative documents required for IPO processes.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders involved in IPO readiness.
- Support the implementation of compliance, documentation, and reporting standards needed for listing.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of financial data submitted for IPO review.
