Extensive Semiconductor Industry Experience and Operations Management Skills: At least 15 years of senior-level experience in the semiconductor industry, including a minimum of 8 years in a factory director-level or higher management role. Familiar with the processes and technological trends of SiP packaging, and able to oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality, supply chain, delivery, and cost management, ensuring efficient and stable factory performance.

Outstanding Strategic Planning and Communication Skills: Possess market insight and strategic planning capabilities, able to develop long-term strategic plans, technology roadmaps, and annual business plans for the factory, while also working on the front lines to resolve critical issues and drive the implementation of corporate strategies. Skilled in effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including government officials, senior clients, C-level executives, and production line employees.
