  1. Minimum 2 years working experience.

  2. Carry out repair and service of vehicles according to Standard Operating Procedures taught by your superior.

  3. Diagnose and detect mechanical faults with vehicle using diagnostic equipment.

  4. Ensure repair and service jobs are performed within time frame (promise time) to ensure timely completion of repairs and delivery to the customer and inform your superior should there be any delays for promise time revision with customers.

  5. Perform quality control check on vehicle to ensure service quality is up to the Company's standard.

  6. Ensure proper care of customer's vehicle and belongings.

  7. Proper usage and responsible for safekeeping of designated invidual and/or Company tools as provided.

  8. Comply with 5S practise (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain the cycle), maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workshop bay and tools cabinet at all times.

  9. Comply with all workshop safety standards for protections against accidents, hazardous fluid etc., including performing regular hoist inspection as per requirements and proper disposal of hazardous materials as per guidelines provided by Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

  10. Undertake other adhoc duties as assigned.
