About the role

This is a full-time Project Executive role with Sovereign Gateway Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Project Executive, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects, working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, budgets, and progress updates
  • Identifying and resolving project issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Providing support in the procurement and management of project resources
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Assisting in the implementation of project quality assurance and control measures

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools
  • Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and relevant industry regulations
