Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support year-end tax preparation for Malaysia clients (EA Form, Form E, CP8D).
  • Assist payroll team with data entry, checking salary information, and validating statutory details (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Help prepare documents and reports required for year-end tax submission.
  • Follow up with internal team members on missing data and resolve basic discrepancies.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll team during year-end peak period.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Basic understanding of payroll or HR administration is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Able to read and write in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable with MS Excel (basic formulas) and willing to learn payroll systems.
  • Good numerical sense and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under tight timelines and handle repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Responsible, cooperative, proactive, and able to work well in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
