- Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-timers and interns, including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding & offboarding processes, and maintain staff records, attendance, and leave updates (non-payroll).
- Assist with HR communications, memos, training arrangements, employee engagement, and upkeep of HR documents/SOPs.
- Handle office administration: supplies, vendors, calls/emails, courier, filing, meeting minutes, and general office upkeep.
- Assist consultants with resume formatting, candidate profiles, and database/CRM updates.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA and company SOP in all HR and admin processes.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
