QA Executive

Minimum Qualification : Minimum Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Nutrition / Biotechnology / Chemistry or other related fields. Degree holders are encouraged to apply.

Years of Experience       : Minimum 0-2 years of working experience in the related fields

Skills :

Basic knowledge of QMS, FSMS and HAS is required. Candidate must be able to perform product inspection and QA documentation work, with good tasting, smelling and visual judgement for sensory evaluation. Candidate must have no food allergy or dietary restriction, good colour vision and healthy skin condition. Must be physically fit to move between work areas when needed, and have good communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience in food or supplement manufacturing is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the HOD in maintaining the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), Food Safety Management System (FSMS), and Halal Assurance System (HAS).

2. Conduct quality inspections and sensory evaluations for raw materials, finished goods, and investigate any quality issues

3. Serve as the Document Change Controller (DCC) for QMS, FSMS, and HAS
4. Prepare in-house supporting documents for new and rebranded products, and ensure consistent implementation of 5S practices
5. Manage Halal certification applications for in-house products.

Others / Ad-hoc Tasks

• Carry out other related duties or assignments as directed by the superior, relevant to the current job scope.
• Support process improvement, system enhancement, and workflow optimization within the QADepartment.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings or projects to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Provide documentation or administrative support for audits, quality reviews, or special projects.
