• Senior Cost Engineer / Cost Engineer (Project base)

1. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Based in Petaling Jaya)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–6 years experience in QS, procurement, contracts, or cost management.
• Strong knowledge of pre- & post-contract management, tenders, BOQ preparation, costing, and claims evaluation.
• Experience in construction, M&E, industrial, or data centre projects is an added advantage.
• Familiar with standard contract forms (PAM, FIDIC, PWD).
• Proficient in cost analysis, variation order management, and contract negotiation.
• Able to prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and cashflow projections.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferably able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors and contractors.

2. Assistant Procurement & Contract Manager (Based in Nusajaya, Johor)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years relevant experience in procurement and contract administration, preferably in construction or M&E industries.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategy, vendor evaluation, risk assessment, and contract governance.
• Experience handling large-scale procurement packages and subcontract management.
• Able to review contract terms, manage variations, and negotiate pricing effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a small procurement/contracts team.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for communication with key suppliers.

3. Procurement & Contract Executive (Based in Petaling Jaya)

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in procurement, QS, or contract administration.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor comparison, issuing POs, and managing procurement documentation.
• Familiar with construction or M&E materials, price benchmarking, and purchasing processes.
• Good understanding of tender evaluation and contract preparation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic procurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeline management.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with suppliers.

4. Senior Cost Engineer / Cost Engineer (Project-based)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Senior: 6–10 years; Engineer: 2–5 years in cost engineering, project budgeting, or cost control.
• Experience in monitoring project cost, verifying progress claims, VO analysis, and cost forecasting.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, work progress tracking, and productivity measurement.
• Familiar with M&E, infra, or building projects; data centre experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret drawings, material specs, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in software such as MS Excel, cost control tools, and scheduling systems (e.g., Primavera is a bonus).
