  • You will assist in managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
  • Schedule and organize interviews, including preparing interview materials and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Attend career fairs and recruitment events to represent the company and attract potential candidates.

You will be joining the Human Resources Department, specifically assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition for our Ipoh office.

This = what you bring

  • Must possess or be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and written English skills.
  • 1 internship position available for a duration of 3 to 6 months or longer.
  • Preference for candidates whose internship aligns with the end of their studies, allowing for an extension up to 6 months.
  • Preferred start date: December 2025.
