Location: Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system (WMS) regularly.
  • Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or inventory shortages to the superior.
  • Support the scheduling and organization of shipments and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and assist with annual stock-taking processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipments promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems for documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
