What You'll Do

  • Build and support analytics solutions that drive smarter decisions across the business
  • Design dashboards and data models using top BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, etc.)
  • Work closely with global teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Share best practices, drive innovation, and be a trusted advisor in data & analytics

What You Bring

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Analysis or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in BI, data engineering, analytics, or similar roles
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in BI tools and data visualization
  • Solid understanding of cloud solutions (AWS), APIs, and modern data architectures
  • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Jira, Confluence a plus)
  • Business process awareness—you understand how ERP or CRM supports B2B operations and know key ERP / CRM modules
  • Ability to profile, cleanse, and transform data for analytics use cases
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude
