Opportunity Overview

  • Perform system installation, project management, calibration, retrofitting, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide application support for customer production issues.
  • Escalate customer production problems and take full ownership until resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; actively collaborate on issue prevention.
  • Develop and implement support plans in coordination with cross-functional teams and customer maintenance groups, aiming to improve uptime and efficiency of Teradyne Test Equipment.
  • Deliver training, facilitate technical exchanges, and present technical papers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in testing or ATE environments.
  • Experience in programming and hardware troubleshooting on Teradyne or other ATE platforms; familiarity with UltraFlex or UltraFlexPlus is a strong advantage.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent reasoning and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to travel internationally frequently to provide hands-on support and manage project activities.

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
