Tanggungjawab:
Rancang dan laksanakan kempen pemasaran dalam talian dan luar talian untuk peruncitan barang kemas.
Urus saluran media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) untuk meningkatkan kesedaran jenama dan penglibatan pelanggan.
Menyelaraskan promosi, acara percutian dan program keahlian.
Bekerjasama dengan pasukan runcit untuk mereka bentuk promosi dalam kedai yang menarik dan kempen dagangan visual.
Menjalankan penyelidikan pasaran dan analisis pesaing untuk mengenal pasti peluang pertumbuhan.
Sokong aktiviti e-dagang, termasuk pengiklanan dalam talian, penyenaraian produk dan kempen pemasaran digital.
Sediakan laporan pemasaran bulanan dan jejaki ROI aktiviti pemasaran.
Keperluan:
Diploma/ijazah dalam pemasaran, perniagaan, komunikasi, atau bidang yang berkaitan.
Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman pemasaran (peruncitan/barangan mewah/barang kemas diutamakan).
Kemahiran dalam alat pemasaran digital (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, pemasaran kandungan).
Kreatif, proaktif dan teliti.
Kemahiran komunikasi yang sangat baik dalam bahasa Inggeris dan Melayu (diutamakan Mandarin). Kami sedang mencari calon yang mahir berbahasa Mandarin untuk berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pelanggan yang berbahasa Mandarin.
