Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage the financial aspects of our Interior Design (ID) projects. This role involves cost estimation, procurement, and contract management for design elements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for design materials, furnishings, and finishes. Develop project budgets and control costs throughout the project.
  • Tendering & Procurement: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the procurement of design elements.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
  • Cost Control & Reporting: Track project expenses and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to align costs with design specifications.
  • Risk Management & Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design materials, finishes, and procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
