FinHero, a leading fintech startup, is seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. As a DevOps Engineer at FinHero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and reliability of our fintech platform. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and automation tools required for efficient and scalable software delivery, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring systems.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize the software development lifecycle, ensuring streamlined build, test, and deployment processes.

Configure, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, and others.

Implement and maintain containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, to enable efficient deployment and management of microservices.

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for security, availability, and performance.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement and maintain robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions to protect critical data and ensure high availability.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to achieve infrastructure-as-code and ensure consistency across environments.

Stay updated with emerging DevOps trends, tools, and technologies, and propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall development and operations processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators, to support and troubleshoot production issues and incidents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure setup, networking, and security.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.

Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with build and deployment tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration principles.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, or Azure Monitor.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
