LNT Express Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and committed individual to join our team as a Van Logistic Personnel. The company will provide the van, and candidates must be available to work 6 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure parcels are delivered accurately and safely to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Scan each parcel correctly before and after delivery using the designated system.
  • Complete all deliveries within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Verify parcel weight, packaging, and codes before dispatch to avoid delivery issues.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the branch supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a valid GDL license.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Company van provided for delivery duties.

  • Insentif Subsidi (1)

Jika anda boleh memandu lori 1T untuk pick up & penghantaran parcel, anda akan mendapat subsidi RM400 sebulan, selama 3 bulan.Jika anda boleh memandu lori 5T untuk pick up & penghantaran parcel, anda akan mendapat subsidi RM600 sebulan, selama 3 bulan.Jika lokasi kerja anda di salah satu cawangan MSJ, TDS, CSL, TML, PTJ, MKR, TDI, PRI, anda akan menerima subsidi tambahan RM200 sebulan, selama 3 bulan.

Contoh:Jika bekerja di MSJ dengan lori 1T → akan dapat RM600 sebulan (RM400 + RM200) × 3 bulan.Jika bekerja di MSJ dengan lori 5T → akan dapat RM800 sebulan (RM600 + RM200) × 3 bulan.

  • Insentif Subsidi (2)

Jika kehadiran penuh 30 hari, dan dalam tempoh 1–30 hari jumlah penghantaran mencapai 1200 parcel, akan mendapat ganjaran sekali gus RM200.

Jika kehadiran penuh 60 hari, dan dalam tempoh 31–60 hari jumlah penghantaran mencapai 1500 parcel, akan mendapat ganjaran sekali gus RM200.Insentif ini boleh digabungkan – jumlah ganjaran maksimum sehingga RM400.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
