DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confirm delivery date and verify availability of resources by referring to the ERP system or physical stock.
  • Create and maintain Production Schedules based on incoming orders, inventory levels and production capacity.
  • Daily production planning to ensure sufficient manpower and material supply.
  • Issue and distribute job order to relevant departments.
  • Prepare weekly production planning.
  • Control and monitor raw material supply.
  • Prepare monthly raw material planning stock list and plan accordingly for purchase.
  • Coordinate with other departments on lead times, scheduling and incoming date for raw materials.
  • Prepare relevant ISO documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with Document Control Officer on QEMS issues.
  • Arrange quarterly stock take.
  • Prepare timely production and other performance indices reports.
  • Prepare weekly stock list for production and other monthly documentation as instructed.
  • Other ad-hoc functions as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.
  • Have production control and planning experience as well as QEMS audit skills.
  • Familiar with using ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Application software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Possess strong leadership and good interpersonal abilities.
