Job Title: Internship Opportunity: Creative Marketing Intern (Design, Videography & Social Media)

Location: Level 13a Wisma Mont Kiara, 1, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. (accessible by taking FREE shuttle bus from Semantan MRT Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: (RM 1,200 - RM 9,500)

- Basic Salary: RM 1,200 - RM 1,500

- Allowance: RM 300 - RM 500 

- Commission: RM 1,000 - RM 9,000

Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin (Optional)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday : 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM

 1. Design & Content Creation

Create engaging visual and digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.

Design infographics, property visuals, and creative posts that reflect E Trend Realty's brand identity and message.

Develop layouts and templates for online and print materials to ensure professional, cohesive presentation.

Work closely with the marketing team to produce consistent, high-impact visuals and storytelling content across all platforms.

 2. Videography & Content Production

Assist in planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content for property tours, lifestyle campaigns, and social media storytelling.

Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional footage.

Collaborate with the team to develop creative video concepts that engage audiences and reflect brand values.

Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, ensuring good transitions, sound balance, and storytelling flow.

Add captions, effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.

 3. Social Media Marketing & Management

Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.

Create and manage social media calendars, ensuring a consistent posting rhythm that supports marketing campaigns.

Research and implement trending formats and hashtags to boost engagement and audience growth.

Track analytics and performance metrics, and suggest improvements for better reach and conversion.

Engage with followers, respond to messages, and maintain a friendly, consistent online presence.

 General Responsibilities

Support daily marketing operations and creative coordination tasks.

Help prepare visual briefs, presentations, and performance reports.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure message consistency and brand synergy.

 Requirements

Basic knowledge of graphic design, videography, and social media marketing.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Canva.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn, explore new ideas, and grow in a creative marketing environment.
