About Us:

Sunway's Multi-Purpose Circuit (MPC) Finance Department oversees all financial operations, including day-to-day accounting, billing, invoicing, and collections. The team ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient cash flow management to support the company's operational and strategic goals.

This department also manages front-end billing for track usage, membership licenses, and related services, working closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare and issue invoices for track usage, memberships, and license fees.
  • Track and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
  • Maintain accurate financial and transactional records.
  • Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and report preparation.
  • Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, audits, and compliance tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
