WFH Telemarketing Specialist

As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Telemarketing WFH (Cantonese Support) to provide unrivalled support to our clients.

• Telemarketing (WFH-Cantonese Support)

Job Summary:

As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients through various channels. While a portion of your time will be dedicated to outbound calls, conducting client meetings, and delivering demo calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos to prospects.
• To make outbound calls/emails/social media reach outs daily to engage potential clients.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
• Adapt to changes in outreach strategies and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Flexibility to travel and attend appointments and events as required.
• Mandarin skills will be an added advantage

Salary:

• Basic salary from RM4800 - RM5200
