  • Ensure that the company policies, procedures and KPI's on QHSE are adhered to and implemented as prescribed.
  • Comply to the requirements of Competence Management System.
  • Perform document controller function to assist operation team leaders and other relevant operational activities
  • Assist in tender preparation, submission and quotations and any technical administration work requested by the company
  • Assist on admin and HR roles such maintaining personnel data, attendance notifications, ASB staff entrance, vehicle pass and other correspondence, follow up on the recruitment progress, filing of personal updates.
  • Responsible for office administration matters i.e. licenses, insurances, maintenance, etc.
  • Focal point for all admin and HR related matters.
  • Assist in HR related matters i.e. training, attendance, leave, new employment, work permit, etc..
  • Attend internal meetings and prepare the minutes.
  • Ensure work areas are clean and safe to work at.
  • Perform any ad hoc requirement and other duties as assigned by the superior.
