What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of our software applications
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Automate test cases to improve efficiency and consistency in the testing process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies
  • Continuously explore new testing methodologies and tools to enhance the testing process
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the overall quality assurance efforts

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Testing Engineer or Software Tester, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, as well as in identifying and reporting defects
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address quality issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
