  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, short-form video, Reels/TikToks, Stories, graphics & etc) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, XHS & etc.
  • Execute end-to-end video production: concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing.

  • Maintain a consistent, on-brand visual identity and tone of voice across all channels.

  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal moments.

  • Foster and grow an engaged online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, authentic brand voice.

  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators, from outreach to briefing and content amplification.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, website clicks, conversion) weekly and monthly.

  • Use data insights to optimize content strategy, posting times, and creative approach for maximum performance.

Requirement:

  1. 2-4 years of proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage, or retail.
  2. A portfolio that showcases exceptional skills in creating engaging social-first content (especially video). Please provide links.
  3. Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro/Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, InShot, Final Cut Pro).
  4. Deep, native understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences, and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
