Job Purpose:

Responsible to dismantling vehicles and automotive components in a safe and efficient manner, particularly vehicles designated for disposal.

Responsibilities:

  • Dismantle vehicles and automotive parts according to company procedures
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of components on compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Inspect vehicles and part for salvageable items
  • Maintain tools, equipment and work area in good condition
  • Follow safety protocol to prevent accident and injuries
  • Assist with inventory and documentation of dismantled parts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as mechanic or automotive operator is preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems, components and basic mechanic repair
  • Ability to work with hand tools and machinery safely
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving parts
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently or as part of team
  • Willingness to follow safety procedures strictly

Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Friday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
