Airbnb & Accounting Assistant (Mandarin & English Speaking)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary Range: RM 2,200 – RM 3,200 (based on experience)


About Us

We are a growing real estate and Airbnb management company in Kuala Lumpur.

Our team manages multiple properties and short-stay units for local and international clients.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented assistant who can support both accounting and Airbnb operations.


Job Responsibilities
  • Handle Airbnb bookings, guest messages, and check-in/check-out coordination
  • Arrange cleaning schedules and communicate with cleaners and contractors
  • Record expenses and verify payments using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Assist in preparing simple monthly accounting reports
  • Support day-to-day administrative and finance tasks

Requirements
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
  • SPM or Diploma holder (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn new systems
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience in Airbnb / property / accounting field
  • Familiar with Canva, Google Drive, or Slack tools
