Daily processing of vendor invoices.
- Validate and matching vendor invoices vs PO & DO (if any).
- Update accounts payable records into the accounting systems.
- Prepare payment voucher & cheque.
- Update cashbook when payment is issued.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and administrative support activities.
- Supporting in bank related transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing of dormant companies.
- Liaise with banker & auditor.
- Any other finance related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or LCCI graduate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Familiar with computerized accounting system, preferable Auto Count System.
- Willing to learn & positive working attitude
- Able to work independently, pro-active and responsibility.
- Computer literature (MS Office)
- Able to handle multi-tasking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- Mandarin (required)
