Job responsibility

Execute mold programming tasks and perform blueprint self-inspectionAddress and report CNC machining abnormalitiesInnovate and implement CAM programming and CNC processing techniquesMaintain 8S standards in designated work areaComplete other tasks assigned by superiors and feedback

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years in precision mold programming and electrode dismantlingCollege degree or above (may accept high school diploma for exceptional candidates)

Physically fit Company management systems, work procedures, job requirements, document handling knowledge, ISO 9000 and 8S implementation.

Proficient in mold programming and machining process flows, with advanced skills in UG/PRO-E/P-mill software. Possesses experience in precision mold programming for mobile phones, cameras, and other consumer products. Maintains working knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and 8S management principles.

Expertise in precision mobile/camera/consumer product plastic mold processing; understands mold structuresStrong quality awareness, good communication skills, strong execution ability, willingness to provide technical supportDedication, responsibility, adherence to principles, initiative, loyalty, teamwork, insight, risk awareness, cost consciousness, rigor, approachability, sensitivity, service mindset
