About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at Klinik Pergigian Tambun Care in Ipoh, Perak. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare and providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting dentists during dental procedures by passing instruments, holding suction devices, and providing other support as needed
  • Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
  • Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Managing patient records and scheduling appointments
  • Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and providing post-treatment instructions
  • Performing basic administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • With or without experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work as a team and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate with patients
  • Background in content creation & video editing will be a plus point
