Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Divisional Manager in developing regional markets to meet sales targets.
  2. Conduct client visits, manage communications, and handle client registrations.
  3. Manage sales orders, including handling related documentation.
  4. Coordinate with HQ and customers on shipping documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  5. Maintain and organize shipping documents and ensure proper filing.
  6. Support Divisional Manager with various sales and development functions.
  7. Prepare marketing survey reports as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  2. Prior experience in the steel industry and business development is an advantage.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Import and export knowledge is an advantage.
  5. High willingness to learn, proactive, self-motivated, strategic thinker, and disciplined.
  6. Must possess own transport.
  7. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and BM.
  8. Willing to travel within or outside of Malaysia as necessary.
  9. Immediate availability to start is preferred.
