Job Description:MR DIY Group is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Monitor and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customersRequirements:- Motivated and resilient individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plusBenefits:- Parental leave- Paid sick leave- Relocation allowanceWorking Environment: MR DIY Group is committed to promoting equality and fairness for all employees.
