1.Customer Service and Bookings Management:Handle customer inquiries and bookings efficiently.Ensure accurate record-keeping of class schedules and attendee information. 2.Front Desk Management:Oversee front-desk operations to ensure a seamless experience for customers.Manage customer arrivals, class attendance, and departures effectively. 3.Facilities Maintenance:Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio environment to enhance customer satisfaction.Address any facility-related issues promptly to uphold a pleasant customer experience. 4.Day-End Processes:Conduct end-of-day reconciliation by reconciling sales receipts and payments against cash float and other payment modes. 5.Bookkeeping Assistance:Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as recording purchases in the accounting system and maintaining the cash book. 6.Event Organization Support:Aid in the coordination and execution of internal and external company events, including meetings, training sessions, and celebrations. 7.Class Assistance and Equipment Maintenance:Assist customers before and after classes as needed, including class preparation and equipment setup.Collaborate with the team to ensure proper disinfection and cleaning of exercise equipment, particularly bikes, for smooth class transitions. 8.Additional Duties:Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the efficient operation of the studio.
