What will I learn?
The Halliburton Malaysia Management Trainee is a targeted 3 years program committed to cultivate and develop future leaders in various segments of manufacturing and supply chain.

This program aims to challenge and grow high potential individuals through a series of immersive learning experiences to equip them with a holistic view of the business. The program will coach the employees to further deepen their knowledge and expertise in cross functional departments as well as leadership skills, in preparation to lead a team of their own in a frontline leadership position at the end of the program

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalentFresh graduates or early career graduates are encouraged to applyExcellent communication skills along with a drive for further self-developmentEnthusiastic and self-motivated individualStrong analytical thinking and leadership skills.Able to work well independently and as part of a teamWilling to relocate or travel for business
