Able to handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties.Process HR’s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion & etc).Assist in payroll preparation which includes Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.Maintains management guideline and Human Resource Policies.Responsible for day to day administrative assignments given by superior.
Possess Certificate or Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent qualification.Organized, disciplined, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.Possess strong sense of commitment and time management.Ability to SPEAK IN MANDARINRequired Languages : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
