Job Summary: As an Engineer - Process and Project Development, you will play a crucial rolein the design, development, and implementation of new processes and projects within theorganization. This rolerequires a strong understanding of engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and theability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Process Analysis and Improvement:

  • Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks,
    inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Propose and implement process optimization strategies to enhanceproductivity, reduce waste, and increase output quality.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and quality teams to gather insightsand implement changes effectively.

Project Development and Management:

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to develop and
    implement new processes or technologies.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement correctiveactions to ensure project success.

Feasibility Studies and Cost Analysis:

  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects to assess technical and financial viability.
  • Perform cost analysis and budget planning for process improvements andnew initiatives.

Job Requirements:
