  • Perform manufacturing line balancing, capacity analysis and production scheduling with cross functional team
  • Create and utilize capacity models to enable accurate assessment of production loading and scheduling and to discuss with other related department (engineering, SCM production and CSR) for on-time-delivery (OTD).
  • To track stock level of inventory/Semi completed/holding in Work in Process (WIP)/staging area
  • To prepare the daily report required from time to time (e.g. production tracking report)
  • To lead improvement projects on planning and scheduling (e.g. system planning).
  • Production Capacity Study & Planning
  • Job Loading Methodology based on manufacturing.
  • Line Balancing or HEIJUNKA (in Japanese term).
  • Logistic Methodology from Receiving/Storage/Part Supply/Delivery.
  • Time Management Skills
  • Reporting & Presentation Skills
  • ERP Software (SAP/Oracle/Epicor/etc.)
  • Microsoft Office

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder from any university or institute accredited by MQA-Malaysian Qualification Agency (Prefer from Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing).
  • Experience not less than 5years in Production Planning & Control under Mechanical Assembly & Manufacturing / Semiconductor Assembly & Manufacturing.
  • Good spoken & written in English is a MUST.
  • Proficient in Chinese language is an advantage.
