Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Design & Planning:
    - Partner with various stakeholders and across teams to identify opportunities to enhance the operations process or buyer experience.
    - Understand the end-to-end buyer shopping journey with supporting data and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to deliver campaign goals.
    - Deliver ad-hoc requests related to campaign performance to serve business needs.
    - Maintain slot booking and coordinate with campaign team members, scheduling and uploading all homepage assets, creation of product pool for homepage activation.
  2. Data Analysis & Metrics:
    - Champion and govern high quality, integrated category marketing campaigns to delight our buyers and support brands and categories through insights and best practices sharing.
    - Consolidate, analyze, and present performance metrics and campaign KPIs and identify potential opportunities for growth.
    - Monitor campaign performance, provide campaign performance insights, evaluation, and suggest key learnings to share best practices across teams.
    - Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify improvements in campaign performance and processes.

Job Requirements:

Requirements/Qualifications (must have):

  1. Attention to Detail:
    - Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution, especially in scheduling and executing campaign assets, campaign banners, or scheduling dates/times.
    - Review and verify all campaign materials and outputs for accuracy and provide feedback to improve campaign operations.
  2. Multi-tasking:
    - Candidate must be versatile and comfortable in handling multiple tasks with a calm and steady manner, focusing on quality and timely delivery.
    - Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Independent and Team Player:
    - Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    - The role's effectiveness also depends on how well you work across various teams and stakeholders while holding others accountable for their delivery.
