Join us today and let us help you land your dream job. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Support. As a Social Media Support, you are require to understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and voice call and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied. Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following processes in place. Role: Social Media Support Location: KL Sentral Rotational Shift: work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays) Budget: RM 3700 to RM 4500 (Depends on experience) Qualifications Diploma & Degree fresh graduate are welcome to apply or SPM minimum 1 years Customer Service experience Someone that able to speak good Mandarin are only open to apply Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays) Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media Good typing skills and problem solving skills Typing, Customer Service, Customer Support, Support, Mandarin, Chinese
