Broking Operations (Policy Processing)
The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Hong Kong market, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients.
The team handles policy servicing requests, such as amendments and renewals, for the Hong Kong market, working closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters.
They provide customer support to policyholders in Hong Kong, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to policy coverage, claims, and payments.

We will count on you to:Â
Perform tasks associated with processes such as, Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices
Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assignedÂ
Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when requiredÂ
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organizationâs standards and SOPsâ¯Â
Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement
Â
What you need to have:Â
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any fieldÂ
High Proficiency in using MS Office ApplicationÂ
Good communication and interpersonal skills
What makes you stand out:Â
At least 1-2 years of similar working experience in an Insurance Shared Service CenterÂ
Possess drive to meet assigned KPI.Â
Detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate informationÂ
Willing to learn and take on new challengesÂ
Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholdersÂ
