  • We are seeking an experienced logistics operation executive to join our corporation.
  • As a logistics operation executive, you will play a critical role in sales support such as assisting to prepare quotations and requisition and negotiation of charges/rates.
  • You will also be responsible for establishing and overseeing an operational workflow for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist salespersons prepare quotations, securing new customers mainly from Korea and Malaysia, attending to customer’s requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Requisition and negotiation of charges/rates from Warehouse and Transport operators and sub-contractors.
  • Respond to any issues or complaints and strive for continuous improvements.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • To assist MD and Manager in achieving the company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of ocean freight and air freight will be preferred.
  • Independent, flexible, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Open to relocating and working at our new office in Shah Alam, Subang Jaya if the company moves there.
