Logistic:Coordinate and ensure proper loading and unloading of all trucksSchedule inbound deliveries by coordinating with Purchasing.Ensure that Transfer Sheets and PO receipts are completed and verified in a timely mannerManage and functions related to receiving incoming goods and package, inspect, rejects, record shortage and approves loads as per Company’s PolicyCollaborate with sales team, scheduling and production to achieve the Company’s key customer metric of On-Time Delivery and maintain accuracy of customer shipments and RMAsExamine and analyze delivery cost, goods installation cost, manpower cost and propose and implement upon approval by ManagementWork with retail team for ad hoc or schedule inventory check to ensure stock accuracy at their retails storesSchedules maintenance of company-owned vehiclesAssures department staffs are adequately trained, assesses the performance and disciplinary action for employees in accordance with company policies Warehouse:Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for deliveryAssigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse AssociatesCommunicating with costomers to answer deliveries and receiving questions and respond to complaintMonitoring inventory and deliveries transactions for accuracyMonitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machineryResponsible for verifying that all orders are accurate prior shipping/delivery and keeping detailed records of warehouse operations and to meet other department staff within the company when necessaryFirst point of contact for local site operational escalating involving transportation, warehousing, brokerage operations and packaging, and crating resolutionInteract and communicate with all levels of leadership, internally and externally (customer & vendors)Collaborates and coordinate with peers to meet or exceed all KPIs, goals and objectivesAccountable and compliance to government classification & regulatory licensing requirementsAccountable for a minimum of once a year stock count for warehouse goods 

At least 3 years experiences in Logistics or a related field is typically required.Strong Leadership, communications, and problem-solving skills are essential.Interpersonal SkillsAttention to DetailQuick Adaptability
