10.0 PENYELIA/KETUA LOGISTIK

10.1 Melaporkan diri kepada TA/Eksekutif Logistik/ Ketua Jabatan.

10.2 Memastikan finished goods/semi finished good dan yang berkaitan dengan penyimpanan atau pengeluaran, keluar atau masuk mengikut spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan dan berdokumen.

10.3 Mengesahkan "Good Release Note" dari Bahagian Pengeluaran dan Pemasangan.

10.4 Mengesahkan "Delivery Order" untuk barang keluar.

10.5 Mengemaskinikan rekod kad stok finished goods semi finished good keluar dan masuk dari kawasan penyimpanan.

10.6 Memastikan kotak/pembungkus/racking finished good mencukupi untuk tujuan pengeluaran dan diselenggara dengan baik.

10.7 Memastikan jentera pengangkut kegunaan Logistik diselenggara dengan baik. 10.8 Melaporkan sebarang masalah yang berkaitan dengan persekitaran kerja,kerosakan/ kehilangan peralatan kerja dan masalah disiplin anggota kerja bawahan kepada anggota kerja atasan.

10.9 Mengemaskinikan rekod penghantaran barang keluaran kepada pelanggan dan menyemak/merekod perjalanan dan penggunaan lori syarikat.

10.10 Menyelia dan memastikan tugas-tugas Pembantu Setor berjalan sepertimana dirancang dan ditetapkan.

10.11 Membantu memastikan Sistem Kualiti yang dilaksanakan, diikuti dan dikekalkan.

10.12 Memastikan perlaksaan sistem KANBAN berjalan dengan baik.

10.13 Mematuhi dan melaksanakan segala arahan dan kaedah kerja yang telah ditetapkan didalam Manual IATF 16949 atau Sistem FOCUS.

10.14 Menyelia dan memastikan anggota kerja bawahan melaksanakan dan mengikut amalan 5'S dan keselamatan seperti yang ditetapkan.

10.15 Memastikan Jentera yang digunakan dalam operasi logistik diselenggara dengan baik.

10.16 Menyemak borang permohonan cuti dan borang kerja lebih masa anggota kerja bawahan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
