Job Description

You will be the heartbeat of the marketing engine, sculpting and steering a strategy that perfectly aligns with the business' aspirations. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will lead both strategy and execution - orchestrating initiatives that catapult brand recognition and generate new customers.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, creating a robust brand identity and positioning the platform effectively in the B2B market.Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and direct sales enablement activities.Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches and expansion into new markets, collaborating closely with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams.Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Utilize insights to tailor marketing strategies and product offerings.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. Adjust marketing plans based on performance data and industry shifts.Champion customer-centricity and advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the organization, driving initiatives to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and advocacy.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in a senior leadership capacity, such as, CXO, Director, VP and equivalents.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns within a B2B/SaaS environment, encompassing digital and traditional channels and strategic partnerships.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit.Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.Be a go-getter, with a "can-do attitude" and a true excitement for the business.Familiarity with the regional market landscape in SEA, industry trends, and regulatory environment is advantageous.Professional-level proficiency in spoken and written Malay is advantageous.
