Handles Order Fulfilment Process from inputting Sales Orders to generating Invoices.Oversees Dispatch Process to ensure timely delivery of goods.Manages Enquiries from stakeholders and provides up-to-date and accurate information.Resolves issues and complaints that may arise to maintain satisfaction of the customer.Handles daily bookkeeping and ensures accounting transactions are updated and accurateAssist in the preparation of reports related to Accounting and Finance.Liaise with and support Internal and External Stakeholders to facilitate an efficient workflow.Other tasks may be assigned from time to time or as part of career growth and development.

Education Level: Candidate must possess at least an SPM certificate.Required languages: Candidate must be able to read and type Mandarin in order to handle Sales Order written in Mandarin. Ability to converse in other dialects and other languages is preferred.Experience: Fresh graduates or School Leavers are encouraged to apply.Computer literate with basic knowledge of office suite.Knowledge and experience with AutoCount Accounting preferred.Good communication and multitasking skills.Meticulous and detailed-orientedAble to work independently. Ability for continuous learning is preferred.Training provided.Full-Time position only.
