Your new company My client is a Global Shared Service that is aworld-leading and global leader in its industry. They are looking to hire an AR Assistant Manager (Mandarin speaker) to manage the Accounts Receivable operations (Billing, Cash Application, and Credit Management) and support the transition from EMEA market to the Centre of Excellence/SSC in KL. This would mean supporting the AR operations following Europe working hours, 1pm–10pm. Your new role Team management - supervise a team of 8 direct reports and manage the AR operations (Billing, Cash Application, and Credit Management) following Europe working hours, 1pm–10pm. Project coordination / implementation - project coordinator to drive process improvement projects, collaborate with cross functions and ensure smooth transition of EMEA market to KL SSC. Ensure full adherence to the company's accounting policies, processes and procedures. What you'll need to succeed Strong AR experience (Billing, Cash Application, and Credit Management) in Shared Services environment. Fluent in Mandarin is a must.
