    Seeking a strategic mind with a proven track record in launching and scaling innovative products. Passion for leveraging AI to reshape the software testing landscape is a must.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and communicate the product direction, crafting a compelling vision and roadmaps aligned with market dynamics and business objectives.
    • Ensure every product development enhances company revenue by evaluating investment impact and delivery outcomes.
    • Engage with customers to discern market needs and foster understanding.
    • Analyze competitors to establish a winning competitive landscape.
    • Instill a results-oriented culture with performance-based compensation and tailored metrics for the product team's growth.
    • Develop the product team's organizational strategy, hiring plan, and budget based on the overarching product strategy and vision.
    • Lead and motivate the team through a clear vision, emphasizing commitment to results.
    • Coach team members on crucial product management skills, including customer interviews and feature prioritization.
    • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes from concept to launch.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize features and drive continuous enhancements.

      skills & experience required

      • A Bachelor's degree
      • 10+ years of industry expertise, with 5 years in leadership roles.
      • Proficient in defining product vision and strategy, with a proven history of launching new products and driving business growth.
      • Technical understanding of end-to-end (E2E) test automation and general software testing will be a plus
      • Excellent communication skills encompassing high-level documentation, text-based collaboration, and in-depth verbal communication with both internal teams and customers.
      • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
      • Professionally proficient in English.
