Job RequirementsA. Required and preferred skills and qualifications
- A minimum of 6-8 years experience, in strategy development, in a client-fronting, consulting position in Advertising, Communications and/or Branding
- Degree-holder, with a strong academic record and/or post-graduate qualification in a related field is advantageous
- Has a proven track record in the development and implementation of both small and large-scale advertising campaigns and/or award-winning work
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and lead teams of strategists and analysts, fostering an environment of teamwork and proactive growth
- Exposure to and understanding of various markets or industries to bring diverse perspectives and innovative strategies to the agency’s clients
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for managing client relationships, leading agency teams, and representing the agency in public forums.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee strategic initiatives from conception through to execution.
The primary language is English while working understanding of Bahasa Malaysia is critical. Proficiency in Chinese would be an asset but not necessary.
