If you're looking for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization with endless opportunities to learn and excel, then Doo is the place for you. We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator/Engineer to help us elevate our infrastructure and configuration management.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Maintain 24/7 on-call schedules, responding to emergency issues or troubleshooting as needed.
  • Handle day-to-day database deployment and maintenance, including troubleshooting and performance improvement to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Dev, DevOps/SRE, QA, PM, and RDM teams on daily routines.
  • Manage databases in compliance with team or industry standards, ensuring data satisfies compliance, security, and financial regulations.
  • Conduct and promote daily health checks of databases, enhancing and executing monitoring life cycles.
  • Document database processes and regularly share technical outcomes with the team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, complex, highly critical applications in the internet or financial industry.
  • Familiarity with XenonMysql, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, OceanBase, ClickHouse, PgSQL, Redis, Doris, and Canal cluster/master/slave/distribution technical architecture maintenance/implementation/deployment/principles.
  • Expertise in MySQL and Redis master/slave architecture, including write/read separation, instance/table design, and various distribution version features.
  • Proficiency in MySQL Stability Baseline Design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Debian/CentOS shell scripting and running principles.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Golang, and Java is a plus.
  • DataCenter: NAS, Ceph, PVE, OpenStack
  • Network/Load Balance: CF-CDN, HAProxy, FRP, OpenVPN-AS, APISIX
  • CI/CD: Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, Harbor
  • Monitoring: BlueKing, Zabbix, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, ELK, Skywalking
  • Programming Languages: Go, Java, Python, PHP
