Randstad is partnering with a well-known retail brand. They are currently looking to hire a Retail GM (fashion/jewelry) to join them.

You will need to:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail stores, including inventory management, product merchandising, and staff scheduling.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing strategies, packaging, and promotional activities.
  • Manage P&L statements, financial budgets, and cash flow to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service in favourable terms to optimize procurement, maximise margins, profitability and maintain quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends by conducting regular market research and analysis to identify fashion influences, consumer preferences and competitive threats to guide merchandise selections and promotional efforts.

    Requirements:

    • At least 10 years of working experience in fashion retail, preferably with jewelry background
